Geoff Croll
President
Geoff was born and raised in a West Coast Modern home less than one kilometre from the future Cypress Village — overseeing the planning and delivery of the highest standard of sustainable, nature-oriented community is near to his birthplace and his heart. A civil engineer by trade, Geoff led both the Cypress and Rodgers Creek Area Development Plans. He finds playtime in the mountains by hiking, running, skiing, snowshoeing, and mountain biking.
Bryce Tupper
Executive Vice President
Bryce led planning for Cypress Village and is now a principal team member delivering on the vision. A Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) and Registered Professional Planner (RPP), Bryce holds a Masters of Engineering from McGill University. He has dedicated decades of his career to development, engineering, and planning fields, including many years with British Properties. When he’s not creating great communities, Bryce skis, bikes, and watches his sons on the soccer pitch.
Alastair Meiklem
VP Land & Infrastructure
Alastair has worked in the construction and development industry as a developer and consultant for multiple decades. At British Properties, he has advanced the implementation of sustainable development and manages the land holdings. He learned to drive a bulldozer before he learned to drive a car, and is an accredited Civil Engineering Technologist. Today, his spare time is spent playing hockey, mountain biking on the North Shore, and travelling.
Jason Wexler
VP Design & Development
Jason works with British Properties’ management and consultants to develop projects from design to approval, construction to handover. Jason joined British Properties in 2017, and delivered its largest multi-family project and first carbon-neutral building, as well as the vibrant Cypress Village Pop-up. He earned his Architecture degree from Carleton and is LEED-accredited. An industry veteran for over three decades, he also volunteers with the West Vancouver Museum’s West Coast Modern Homes Tour.
Emily Taylor
Chief Financial Officer
Emily has worked in the real estate development sector since 2008 and joined British Properties in 2020, where she is responsible for corporate finance, treasury, governance, reporting, IT, and HR, and serves as the company’s Corporate Secretary. She holds CPA, CA and ICD.D designations. Earlier in her career, Emily lived and worked in Whistler for 16 years — this experience enhanced her appreciation for building communities in nature. In her spare time, Emily is an avid foodie, yogi, and traveller.
