British Properties Convenanted Property Design Approval Process
Formalized design guidelines are part of all British Properties neighbourhoods. As a registered owner in a British Properties’ subdivision, when you intend to build, extend or alter a building or construct a fence or any other structure, you must submit an application for approval through the Approving Authority, British Pacific Properties Limited (BPP).
