/Community Amenities
Our pride in placemaking informs the community amenities at Cypress Village and throughout the British Properties. People are drawn to experience and enjoy these stunning outdoor destinations — a measure of placemaking success.

/Pop-Up
The Cypress Village Pop-Up is more than a park. It’s a gathering and meeting place, a stop for lunch after a hike, a spot to throw down a blanket for a picnic. It’s a hub that brings together breathtaking views of Burrard Inlet, an expansive grass field, delicious local pizza, and a presentation of Cypress Village’s story. We have already made our future Village a West Vancouver destination.
Trails
A newly created trail network meanders through the Upper Lands’ tranquil forest and extends into secondary trails. The most prominent portion of this trail network is the Mountain Path, with over five kilometres of wide, paved stroller-friendly walkways that hug the wild contours of this land.

/Trestle Bridge
A stunning 200-metre section of the Mountain Path, the Trestle Bridge takes you across a delicate portion of the forest floor. The majestic bridge is inspired by the wooden structures supporting railways and built from local timber processed on-site.
Capilano Golf & Country Club
The golf course and country club have drawn avid golfers to the British Properties since the 1930s. Our founders retained one of North America’s premier golf course architects, Stanley Thompson, to design the greens. To this day, it remains one of the region’s favourite courses.
